mentorship
We have a range of experts in a number of fields from Finance to IT that can offer the guidance your company needs to stay competitive in these difficult times. We typically mentor over Google Meet or Zoom for 20 minutes per week in addition to providing extra information and support as required. All our coaches are University educated in their relevant area and are happy to provide your first session at a reduced rate to see if it will work for you with no commitment. Depending on your requirements we may assign multiple experts, this will typically result in alternating between them in weekly calls although both will attend your first session. We wish to remind you that our experts are trained in their field of expertise, most not in legal advice. We endeavour to highlight when external legal advice is sensible or required.

We believe every business is different so tailor what we offer to your needs. With this in mind, all our packages also include several 20 minute video sessions (over Zoom or Google Meet) so we can understand you and tailor the advice better. An electrician starting up on his own will have completely different requirements than a hospitality management company with several office based staff. The above is just an example what we can do. IT Support
We provide an IT support role for various companies throughout UK, providing them with a reliable response in the event of any computer or network problems.
In addition to general IT support, we can also PAT test your company and/or office equipment by a qualified PAT tester. Please see https://pattest.scot/ for more details. Currently we only provide this service within 12 miles of Peebles or for existing customers. Prices from £2 per item with a min charge of £65 per visit.

Tikto has designed and implemented various computer systems throughout Scotland, ranging from simple networks and cloud based solutions for small business to multi-site systems with remote and mobile access. We provide comprehensive scalable ICT solutions for whatever size you are to whatever size you want to be.

Bespoke Software
Our staff have designed software (mobile, PC and server based), websites, video, digital audio and databases for various national & multi-national companies. With all our software developed, we build in reliability (from good design), clear easy to use interfaces and full user support - including documentation. We have experience with most major programming languages (including PHP, Java, Javascript, C, C++, Pascal), database tools including Access & SQL and Operating systems (Windows, iOS & Linux) - this allows us to integrate any new software into your current systems with less disruption. We have also integrated solutions with most common APIs and software.
We will not charge you to reinvent the wheel - if what you need can use some of our standard building blocks we will pass the saving on to you. Likewise if we think you may be better with a commercial package, we will let you know if there are savings to be made.
